AI will revolutionize decision-support systems, and the lab is committed to achieving this in line with the ELSA framework and its impact plan. By addressing ethical, legal, and societal aspects of AI, we aim to create a clear path from technical development to societal acceptance, ensuring that AI systems align with real-world needs. Additionally, the AI systems we develop will be applicable to other domains beyond healthcare where AI is important, such as Urban Energy Sustainability. In our approach, we operate within a three-layered network to efficiently share knowledge, build relationships, and address real-world cases, contributing to best practices and the creation of a roadmap toward certification. This WP is staffed by valorization and impact officers.
